All items are shipped from the Sunshine Coast in Australia.

AU TRACKED SHIPPING - FREE
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING - $20
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING - $30

Please allow 5-7 days for made to order items to ship. One of a kind items will be dispatched next day. International shipments are sent and tracked via Australia Post. Customers residing in the AU will receive shipping FREE OF CHARGE. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.

Once shipped most AU orders will take anywhere from 3-6 days to arrive, countries outside AU, shipping times may vary between 7-21 days.

True Connexion is not responsible for lost or stolen mail once a tracking number has been issued. If you have specific delivery details, be sure to add all of them at checkout. If your order is lost or stolen please email the following details: Order number + name on order to info@trueconnexion.com and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.

Please be aware that duties and import taxes for International shipments are not included in the total at checkout, they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Where these occur payment of any duties and import taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

We do not support fast fashion and impulsive buying at True Connexion. Due to the handmade nature of our items, please consider and choose carefully when purchasing one of our pieces.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the purchase. The item must be returned in the original packaging unused, undamaged and in clean condition.

To return an item please contact us directly at info@trueconnexion.com to confirm that you are returning an item. We recommend sending your return using a tracked service as True Connexion is not liable for any orders lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase once the returned item(s) have been received.

True Connexion does not take responsibility for unreasonable treatment of products resulting in damage caused by the actions of the customer.
