Please note that select pieces are made to order and will ship from our studio within approximately 10-14 business days. One of a kind items will be dispatched next day.
All shipments are sent and tracked via Australia Post. Customers residing in Australia will receive standard post FREE OF CHARGE. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.
Once shipped, most AU orders will take anywhere from 3-6 days to arrive, countries outside AU, shipping times may vary between 7-21 days.
True Connexion is not responsible for lost or stolen mail once a tracking number has been issued. If you have specific delivery details, be sure to add all of them at checkout. If your order is lost or stolen please email the following details: order number + name on the order to info@trueconnexion.com and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
