Our Jewellery is handmade from 100% recycled sterling silver metal and 9ct yellow gold. We take great care and time, honouring a slower process of handmade craftsmanship and embracing the beauty and uniqueness of organic materials and imperfections. Although our made to order items follow the same procedure of creation, one may vary slightly from the next due to the handmade nature.
By accessing our website or purchasing from True Connexion Jewellery (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms.
Placing an Order & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are purchasing products for private, domestic use only, not for resale
- Have provided accurate personal and payment details
- Are authorised to use the payment method provided, with sufficient funds to cover the order
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Afterpay. Only one payment method may be used per order.
True Connexion reserves the right to reject any order at our discretion.
If incorrect information is provided resulting in a lost, delayed, or returned order, you are responsible for any additional shipping or associated costs.
Orders shipped internationally are not subject to Australian GST. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer according to local legislation.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This serves as your invoice and includes your order number and relevant details.
Products & Risk
All jewellery is carefully handcrafted, with many designs made to order. Subtle variations may occur as a natural result of the handmade process.
Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been shipped. While we partner with trusted couriers, any loss, delay, or damage in transit is the customer’s responsibility. We will always assist with delivery issues wherever possible.
True Connexion is not responsible for damage caused by unreasonable treatment of products once in your care.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke items are created to your specifications and are final sale. By confirming your order, you accept the approved design, including all details and measurements.
Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
International customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, or other charges required by local authorities.
Returns
Bespoke items are not eligible for return.
Eligible ready-to-wear pieces must be returned unworn and in original condition, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Repairs & Care
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Repairs may be offered where appropriate.
This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care.
